There is so much evidence that has shown exercise is vital. Reducing our risk of major illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer. Research also has shown that regular physical activity can boost our self-esteem, mood, and sleep quality, making us less prone to stress, depression, and dementia. But because of our modern lifestyles and increasing dependence on technology, we are less active nowadays, both as adults and as children. Research indicates that inactive children are more likely to become inactive adults, putting our youth at risk of developing life-threatening conditions such as heart disease and cancer, and many more. This is why it's important to encourage self-love and health & wellness and get a routine from a young age.
